Business Analyst (Baltimore, MD, US, 21202)

Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs. Own end-to-end defect (bug) management, from identification and triage to documentation and resolution tracking. Evaluate options, analyze root causes and downstream impacts, and provide data-driven insights to improve process efficiency. Serve as a key liaison, manage stakeholder expectations, and support governance, quality standards, and delivery execution, including MicroStrategy knowledge sharing.
