Lead the Payments Product team to build and scale core payment infrastructure that enables reliable clearing and settlement worldwide. Own initiatives end-to-end, including integrating new payment schemes and banking partners, optimizing global payment flows (dynamic routing, failovers, fee netting, batching), evolving ledger and reconciliation systems for precision and compliance, and designing scalable developer APIs that simplify global banking complexity for other teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead key end-to-end initiatives to build and scale core payment rails, integrating new payment schemes, banking partners, and clearing systems.
•Optimize global payment flows to maximize authorization rates, improve settlement speed, and reduce cost per transaction using capabilities like dynamic routing and batching.
•Drive the evolution of ledger and reconciliation infrastructure to ensure high availability, liquidity management, and precision for financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
•Design scalable internal and external APIs that abstract global banking complexity for other product teams.
•Collaborate with engineering, compliance, finance, operations, and commercial teams to deliver reliable financial products at massive scale.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of product management experience in a high-growth environment, with substantial time in fintech, payment platforms, or core infrastructure products.
•Strong domain expertise in global payment systems, card networks, clearing and settlement, and double-entry ledger architecture.
•Technical fluency to participate in architectural discussions for high-scale, highly available, mission-critical systems.
•Excellent communication skills to translate technical infrastructure strategy into business value for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Bachelor's degree or higher (technical/engineering coursework is a plus).
