Job Summary

Work on the Recommendation Architecture team to build and evolve large-scale recommendation infrastructure. You’ll design development toolkits, implement business-metrics-driven gray release workflows, and improve observability with end-to-end tracing and issue attribution. You’ll also create algorithm engineering toolchains to speed experimentation-to-deployment iteration, and help overhaul platform ecosystem architectures and develop data intelligence assistants.

Key Responsibilities

•Design intelligent development toolkits for large-scale recommendation systems to provide tooling and productized solutions for R&D efficiency.
•Develop business-metrics-driven gray release systems to support safe, stable, and efficient release strategies and workflows.
•Enhance observability for recommendation systems across complex global environments, including end-to-end tracing and improved issue attribution.
•Build algorithm engineering toolchains to accelerate experimental algorithm/model development to deployment and improve iteration speed.
•Overhaul platform ecosystem architectures and develop data intelligence assistants.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or a postgraduate/master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical major.
•Experience programming in at least one of C, C++, Java, or Golang.
•Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
•Comfort working in a fast-moving, culturally diverse, globally distributed team environment.
•Ability to commit to at least a 3-month internship period.
