Job Summary

Own NPI materials planning for quick-turn build and validation/qualification efforts, partnering with engineering program management and cross-functional teams. Manage schedule shortages, material supply risk mitigation, consigned inventory readiness, and BOM changes loaded through MRP/SAP. Use data analytics to identify roadblocks, develop contingency plans, drive continuous improvement, and provide timely executive reporting and build-status updates for internal and external (CM) teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Engineering Program Mgmt. teams to understand build requirements and support engineers’ material transition, samples delivery, and deviation release requests.
•Manage build schedule shortages affecting CTB and coordinate with materials support to mitigate supply risks.
•Align NPI material requirements and build timelines with cross-functional teams, using data analytics to identify and address roadblocks.
•Drive continuous improvement to enhance NPI supply chain efficiency and reduce lead times.
•Manage consigned materials demand and ERP readiness to schedule, monitor BOM changes, load updates through MRP/SAP, and provide executive reporting on material availability and status.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in operations, IE, supply chain, or Business, with 8+ years in materials management, production planning, or supply chain management.
•Experience with ERP/MRP demand planning and forecasting tools, including NPI process and supply chain dynamics across relevant commodities.
•Experience working with BOM in an OEM/CM environment.
•Strong project skills with AI-driven tools design/development as a business user (plus).
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analytics and advanced AI tools.
