Own and advance the Workday platform end to end, serving as the Workday subject matter expert across HR, IT, and Finance. Lead Workday configuration and optimization across multiple HCM modules, manage releases with regression testing and health checks, and build integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and APIs. Evaluate Workday AI/automation and partner cross-functionally to translate requirements into scalable solutions and improve self-service experiences.

•Own the Workday platform roadmap and module adoption strategy, aligned with Workday’s twice-yearly release cycle.
•Lead Workday configuration, testing, and deployment across core HR and finance-related modules, including business processes, security models, and reporting.
•Manage Workday release health with regression testing, audits, and performance tuning to ensure platform stability.
•Build and maintain Workday integrations and automation using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and APIs to connect Workday with adjacent systems.
•Evaluate and implement Workday AI/automation and partner cross-functionally to translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications and drive adoption.

•Demonstrated expertise across multiple Workday modules (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Recruiting).
•Hands-on experience building Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday APIs.
•Strong command of the Workday security model, business process framework, calculated fields, and advanced reporting.
