Key Responsibilities

•Lead rapid resolution of supplier-caused issues impacting the factory in partnership with quality and cross-functional teams.
•Analyze supplied material non-conformance data and develop action plans to address top and systemic drivers.
•Investigate supplied material issues to ensure accurate nonconformances and robust root-cause analysis with corrective solutions.
•Communicate supplied part issues impacting the factory to suppliers and relevant stakeholders.
•Assist with quarantine, containment, and screening of suspect defective supplied hardware.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or technical field plus five (5) years of related Quality Engineering experience.
•Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action processes.
•Experience with hardware inspection techniques and interpreting engineering drawings.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
