Support the guest experience in a luxury resort by maintaining pristine guest rooms and public spaces in line with One&Only Aesthesis standards. You’ll replenish supplies, ensure timely room readiness, and uphold equipment cleanliness, collaborating with the housekeeping team to exceed guest expectations through attentive service, accuracy, and warmth in a high-end hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Exceed guest expectations by ensuring rooms and spaces are cleaned to One&Only Aesthesis standards and maintaining high levels of cleanliness.
•Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms and venues in assigned sections, ensuring readiness of scheduled arrival rooms.
•Replenish supplies, amenities and linens as per standard and maintain stocked dispensers (toilet paper, sanitizers, soap, etc.).
•Keep equipment clean, presentable, and in good repair, and report any maintenance needs.
•Assist with other duties as required by the Executive Housekeeper or management.

Key Requirements

•Must-have: ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow verbal instructions.
•Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is advantageous but not always required.
•Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, co-workers and managers.
