Own the underwriting process for Homebuilder credit requests within the Real Estate line of business. Lead deal progression from opportunity through close with minimal oversight, partnering with analysts, associates, and relationship managers to evaluate risk, approve credit actions, and manage portfolio performance. Monitor portfolio quality, validate covenant compliance, recommend facility adjustments, and produce reporting and analytics (grade migration, past-due, exceptions). Provide direct client support and identify cross-sell opportunities.

•Take responsibility for credit approvals (new customers, modifications, renewals, increases, and risk assessments) and identify key risks and mitigants.
•Direct and manage portfolio reviews, validate covenant compliance, and manage post-approval modifications for accurate credit exposure reporting.
