Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk) for real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Interface directly with clients to define project requirements and prepare scope, resource needs, cost estimate/budget, cash flow, work plan schedule, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Identify and evaluate project delivery resources, conduct request for proposals and bid analysis, lead evaluation interviews, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Implement communication plans and documentation governance aligned to company and client requirements, ensuring timely and accurate project data and facilitating project meetings.
  • •Supervise progress against objectives, budgets, and timelines; report status and variances; craft action plans; and run change management routines including recommendations, approvals, and issuance of change orders.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree and at least 6 years of related experience and/or training in industry trends, project management, and construction procedures and best practices.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) to complete role administrative tasks.
  • •Ability to work under pressure, meet close deadlines, and be on site regularly during project duration, with flexibility for non-traditional hours.
  • •Ability to analyze sophisticated information, organize and prioritize work, meet multiple deadlines, and develop plans to address identified issues.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to self-manage and take initiative to prioritize multiple tasks in a robust environment.
