Job Summary

Deliver trusted cybersecurity advisory to executives and business stakeholders, translating risk and regulatory requirements into actionable strategies, roadmaps, and transformation initiatives. Lead and run consulting engagements across governance, risk, compliance, audit, and security transformation, including maturity and regulatory readiness assessments using frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, and IEC 62443. Support Benelux and France business development, proposals, and thought leadership while helping grow the regional cybersecurity practice.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise clients on cybersecurity, risk, compliance, governance, resilience, and third-party risk management.
•Engage C-level stakeholders to address complex cybersecurity challenges and shape cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps.
•Lead cybersecurity consulting engagements across governance, risk, compliance, audit, and security transformation domains.
•Conduct cybersecurity maturity, regulatory readiness, and risk assessments using frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, and IEC 62443.
•Support business development in the Benelux and France markets, including proposals, RFP responses, client presentations, and industry representation.

Key Requirements

•3–7 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, risk advisory, IT audit, or technology risk.
•Background in consulting, professional services, Big Four, or similar advisory environments.
•Client-facing stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging senior leaders.
•Experience delivering cybersecurity assessments, audits, compliance reviews, or advisory engagements.
•Knowledge of frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, NIST, or CIS Controls.
