•Strengthen infrastructure and operational rigor while building scalable processes across a global spend portfolio supporting external manufacturing partners.
•Manage multiple contract manufacturers (CMOs) simultaneously at both site and strategic levels.
•Own operational performance across a global third-party manufacturing network for supply continuity, quality, cost, and delivery.
•Build interdependent relationships with CMO partners and collaborate with site and business leadership.
•Drive end-to-end supply chain execution and performance accountability.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 3+ years with a Master’s degree, with 10+ years progressive leadership in process development or manufacturing engineering preferred.
•Demonstrated experience with electromechanical medical devices.
•Strong knowledge of medical device regulations, quality systems, and manufacturing validation requirements.
•Ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence at senior leadership levels.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s in mechanical, biomedical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering; Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certification preferred.
