Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 3+ years with a Master’s degree, with 10+ years progressive leadership in process development or manufacturing engineering preferred.
  • •Demonstrated experience with electromechanical medical devices.
  • •Strong knowledge of medical device regulations, quality systems, and manufacturing validation requirements.
  • •Ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence at senior leadership levels.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s in mechanical, biomedical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering; Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certification preferred.
