Job Summary

Own relationships for a portfolio of English-speaking partners, guiding them from onboarding through partner certification and escalations. Drive certification across Lucanet’s full product suite, support partners through customer implementations, and coordinate across Technical Services, Support, Cloud, and Professional Services. Monitor enablement, certification, NPS, and escalation trends, report insights to leadership, and incorporate partner feedback into product, engineering, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Own relationships for a portfolio of partners, building trust with executive stakeholders and identifying growth opportunities.
•Onboard new partners and drive them through certification across the full product suite.
•Guide partners through customer implementations from the initial joint project to independent delivery.
•Serve as the primary escalation point for partner-related issues and coordinate across internal teams to protect the partner relationship and Lucanet’s interests.
•Track enablement, certification, NPS, and escalation trends, report insights to leadership, and feed partner feedback into product, engineering, and commercial teams.
