•Collaborate with regional teams to resolve customer escalations, supplier issues, and manufacturing bottlenecks.
•Perform deep technical analysis, deliver time-critical solutions, and ensure full resolution of hardware anomalies.
•Analyze radio designs using lab equipment (analyzers, oscilloscopes) and run performance simulations or experiments.
•Lead prototype bring-up, functional debugging, and support manufacturing through regulatory and reliability certifications.
•Communicate effectively across different design centers and regional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering.
•Good analytical skill & understanding of schematics diagram.
•Good problem solving and inter team coordination skill.
•Customer focused and result oriented.
•Able to work independently with minimum supervision, able to multi-task, analytical, self motivated and a good team player.
