Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to standards.
•Coordinate with Pastry Chef, Sous Chefs, and Managers to ensure timely food preparation and presentation; liaise with Stewards to maintain hygiene and equipment readiness.
•Train staff according to planned programs and correct production methods as needed.
•Monitor waste and implement portion controls to achieve desired food cost percentages.
•Contribute to menu development and seasonal specialties while ensuring compliance with UAE hygiene standards.
