Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Operate vacuum coating machines for the application of single, multi-layer coatings.
•Inspect and clean optical components; prepare, clean and load coating chambers.
•Perform metrology measurements such as transmission, reflection and ellipsometry.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering and perform R&D activities.
•Utilize software tools (Product Center, Outlook, Excel, Word) to support coating operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 21.88 hourly

Key Requirements

•Completion of Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
•Completion Post-Secondary in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Manufacturing).
•Proven ability to solve technical problems and make sound decisions.
•Highly motivated with a demonstrated positive attitude.
•Willingness to learn and acquire knowledge/understanding through study, instruction or experience.
