Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and code end-to-end features, balancing UX and engineering quality.
  • •Contribute to and extend Ashby’s design system to support scalable product interfaces.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Design, and Recruiting teams to ship user-centric solutions.
  • •Prototype, wireframe, and implement new flows that improve information hierarchy and usability.
  • •Review and refine UI/UX decisions with a focus on delivering quality experiences for a large user base.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and CSS; backend experience is a plus
