Lead Line Engineer

Lead high-voltage transmission and distribution line engineering for Avangrid Networks, producing structural/electrical calculations, routing, and engineering drawings. Own end-to-end capital project engineering—from scoping and budgeting through design, construction, and closeout—while creating new conceptual designs and overseeing external detailed designers. Evaluate equipment/system performance, ensure designs meet codes and standards, and provide technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-department collaboration for complex, high-impact projects.
