Personal Banker

Serve as a client-first partner for individuals and small businesses, guiding them to financial wellness through in-person and proactive phone conversations. As part of the branch team, you’ll open personal and business accounts, recognize credit and lending needs, and build long-term relationships using sales and referral goals. You’ll also support teller-line branch operations, maintain required documentation, and help ensure compliance with risk, security, and audit procedures.
