Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by engaging clients and teammates during in-person and phone conversations.
  • •Identify financial wellness opportunities and deliver customized recommendations aligned to client goals.
  • •Open and manage personal and business accounts and deposit products, including lending products as needed.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire clients and deepen relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience).
  • •1+ year experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web).
