Hospital Pharmacist (QA)

Review prescriptions to ensure safe and appropriate medication therapy, handle cash and insurance prescriptions, and resolve billing issues. Ensure controlled medications are secure and inventories are correct, compound and dispense medications, and support patient teaching. Monitor patient medication profiles to prevent drug interactions and adverse reactions, provide drug information, and perform quality control and quality improvement activities within the pharmacy.
