  • •Plan and execute the overall sales strategy for Oman across multiple product lines within the Segment.
  • •Sell products, services, parts, solutions, and projects within your geographic area, adapting to client conditions with technical analysis.
  • •Manage complex sales processes involving multiple internal and client stakeholders, including technical, economical, logistical, and financial proposal development.
  • •Handle important clients and deliver account management for major accounts within your area across several service lines.
  • •Cooperate with technical colleagues to address customer requests and local conditions, and support large NOC/IOC sales and long-term contracts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • •10+ years of experience in Oilfield Services specializing in Pressure Pumping service lines such as Cementing, Coiled Tubing, Production Enhancement, and Downhole Tools.
  • •5+ years of experience in sales as a sales leader and primary customer contact for major NOC or IOC accounts, with experience managing long term contracts.
  • •Operational and technical expertise in coiled tubing interventions, production enhancement, and cementing technologies, including deploying leading technology and building commercial pathways.
  • •Experience delivering multi-year (100M USD+) tenders and partnering with Operations and Project Management teams to optimize delivery to the client.
