Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and assist the development and execution of simulated Integrated Air Defence System (IADS) training scenarios for various ADF and international flying activities.
  • •Execute the delivery of IADS scenarios as the scenario lead within the MCC located at RAAF Amberley, QLD and Delamere Air Weapons Range, NT.
  • •Plan and execute training packages to achieve complex training effects.
  • •Brief, lead and debrief a team of operators and support staff within the MCC during mission execution.
  • •Provide accurate and succinct tactical execution debriefs to Defence customers/operators.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Military Air Operations, C2ISR, intelligence support to operations and/or training system development/instructional delivery roles.
  • •Proven understanding of military EW systems and/or adversary IADS.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work both as an individual and as a member of a team.
  • •Knowledge of operational technical intelligence processing, exploitation and dissemination processes.
  • •Eligible to hold and maintain a minimum NV1 Australian Government Security Clearance (defence).
