Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and oversee internal third-party arrangements across entities, aligned to internal outsourcing policies
  • •Engage service recipient owners to ensure timely completion of deliverables and compliance tasks
  • •Facilitate outsourcing determination and materiality assessments with business and control teams
  • •Drive closure of outstanding third-party risk management tasks (CSL and KPI mapping, documentation updates, remediation and controls)
  • •Maintain dashboards, track governance activity records, and create/publish reports to service providers and recipients

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience with any graduation
  • •Good knowledge of ServCo Systems and Qlik Sense dashboards
  • •Ability to work across complex geographic and functional teams to maintain compliance culture for third-party risk
  • •Strong understanding of the Asset Management domain with a solution-oriented approach
  • •Working knowledge of Operational and Resilience Risk, including third-party risk assessments and incident/issue management
