Job Summary

Pilot and deliver industrial bids and projects for missile electronic obsolescence solutions. You lead a cross-functional team to build and validate customer proposals, manage risks and opportunities, and ensure smooth transition from offer to project launch. As project lead, you structure execution references, set up justifications and financial strategy (Make or Buy), coordinate stakeholders, and drive launch reviews, contract execution, and project closure.

•Animate a cross-functional team to deliver the proposal.
•Ensure the proposal commitments are met and aligned with company strategy; define the initial project reference.
•Develop and validate the bid with stakeholders while managing risks and opportunities; contribute to client offer negotiation.
•Ensure the transition from offer to project and participate in preparation and validation of the project launch.
•As project responsible: establish execution references and justifications, initiate and staff the project team, run Make-or-Buy financial strategy with suppliers, and drive launch review and project contract closure.

Key Requirements

•At least 8 years of proven experience, including 3 years in leading bids and projects.
•Lead and steer a dedicated cross-functional team.
•Strong client relationship skills, including complex situations and negotiation ability.
•Ability to mobilize and coordinate stakeholders.
•Fluent English proficiency.
