Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee creation, tracking, and storage of documents in a centralised repository to support access and retrieval.
  • •Develop, implement, and maintain version control procedures, preserving historical records for audit and reference.
  • •Manage document revisions and consistency across document versions, including monitoring and updating as needed.
  • •Coordinate distribution of documents to internal and external stakeholders and run document review/approval workflows.
  • •Maintain accurate records of document history and produce reports on document status, activities, and compliance; identify and implement process improvements.
