Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a working knowledge of production schedules and learn to read/follow schedule instructions.
  • •Form and assemble cases and monitor automatic bags/trays for fill weight, seals, label placement, date code, and label accuracy.
  • •Select acceptable units for hand casing and discard unacceptable units for rework.
  • •Report deviations from product requirements to operators or supervisors and stop production to report serious deviations or line malfunctions.
  • •Maintain housekeeping and assist operators with start-up, production, change over, and shut down of the line; perform other assigned duties.
