Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise discipline production engineering resources and communicate staffing needs to the Division Production.
  • •Own contractual scope understanding, manage project progress reporting, and ensure execution plans are based on productive options.
  • •Lead fabrication planning for 4WLA: prioritize materials/drawings, chair production meetings, and forecast fabrication/engineering requirements.
  • •Manage revision/change orders, initiate technical queries to the client, and maintain up-to-date AFC estimates as scope changes occur.
  • •Lead discipline production engineering and constructability efforts, coordinating interfaces across engineering, SCM, quality, cost control, and marine operations to meet fabrication deliverables and targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • •5+ years offshore and Petrochemical Industry experience.
  • •Expertise in production engineering and optimization techniques.
  • •Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices for production processes and facilities.
  • •Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large-scale projects.
