Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and QA/QC plans to meet customer requirements and internal quality standards.
  • •Manage inspections, audits, testing, product release, documentation, CAPA, supplier and customer quality, training, budgets, and quality personnel.
  • •Lead root cause investigations and resolve nonconformities.
  • •Ensure compliance with ASME, API, NBIC, ISO, and customer requirements.
  • •Monitor vendor performance using data to produce statistical and historical reports and organize quality assurance activities with customers, vendors, and internal management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in applied science, engineering, quality management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) is required.
  • •Working knowledge of NBIC and/or API 510 and ASME Section VIII required.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of QA/QC experience with ASME code (B31.3 and Section VIII, Div. 1) fabrication and manufacturing environments.
  • •Knowledge of ISO 9001, API Q1, ASME, NBIC, pressure vessels, piping, skid fabrication, quality system audits, and oil and gas manufacturing operations.
