Key Responsibilities

•Drive personal sales performance and lead the team to achieve sales and KPI targets using metric analysis and best practices.
•Build client relationships through proactive outreach and service standards to support repeat business and VIP retention.
•Coach and develop the team, supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
•Supervise opening/closing procedures including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and key-holding responsibilities.
•Process POS transactions and manage inventory functions (transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs, damages) while driving omni-channel initiatives like live-stream shopping.

Key Requirements

•Ability to communicate with customers and staff and confidently navigate the sales floor.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
•Social media literacy and comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
