Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead the Abteilung Geschäftsprozesse & Systeme with a fixed team and a network of experts, key and test users across departments and functions
  • •Develop and implement the strategic direction of the department to align with company goals
  • •Analyze, optimize and design business processes with reference to the managed systems to increase efficiency with a focus on standardization
  • •Responsible for optimizing master data processes and quality and their integration into business operations and ongoing support
  • •Lead and manage cross-functional projects within the Sika Germany organization and governance role for main processes, ensuring standards and guidelines are followed

Key Requirements

  • •Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung mit entsprechender Zusatzqualifikation, idealerweise mit den Schwerpunkten Informatik/BWL
  • •Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung
  • •Fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (u.a. als Projektleitung), idealerweise im SAP-Umfeld
  • •Hervorragendes IT- und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • •Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
