Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide executive leadership across multiple data centre projects or programmes, including delivery strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • •Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics; drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
  • •Oversee end-to-end delivery of hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data centre projects, managing scope, budget, schedule, quality, and resources.
  • •Serve as primary senior point of contact for clients and executive stakeholders; lead steering committees and communicate progress.
  • •Lead contract negotiations, monitor commercial performance, and manage risk, safety, compliance, and commissioning/quality assurance planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
  • •10+ years of project delivery experience in construction, engineering, or mission-critical environments.
  • •Significant experience delivering large-scale data centre projects ($10–$100 million).
  • •Proven experience managing complex multidisciplinary teams and delivering for hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise clients.
