Sales Support Associate II

Support the store’s success by delivering warm, professional customer service at the cash wrap, operating POS accurately, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked sales floor. Receive and process shipments and transfers, manage stock levels, and execute visual merchandising updates. Serve as a brand ambassador, promote add-on products and gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted. Partner with the team to respond to customer requests and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
