Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and coordinate HSSE operations across all Automotive facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining safe working conditions.
  • •Drive loss-prevention through regular hazard identification, incident reduction actions, and weekly site inspections.
  • •Conduct risk assessments, oversee daily fire safety and security system inspections, and ensure issues are escalated appropriately.
  • •Lead compliance and change initiatives, including emergency response planning, first aid/fire warden training, and ISO certification audits.
  • •Manage the HSSE team through attendance tracking, weekly meetings, performance reviews, training, and leave management.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment standards.
  • •Proficiency in incident reporting and conducting thorough investigations.
  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • •NEBOSH International General Certificate (or equivalent) certification.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in Health & Safety, Security, Police, or similar roles, including emergency preparedness and team management.
