Own 24/7 monitoring and incident response for enterprise cloud platform services, investigating and resolving production alerts at L2/L3. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure 24/7 availability of enterprise platform services by addressing, investigating, and fixing production alerts at L2 and L3.
•Initiate incident response for cloud service interruptions and support monitoring health and usage of cloud platform resources.
•Conduct trend analysis using Power BI and AI to mitigate potential incidents.
•Support cloud deployments, updates, and maintenance, including assisting with security vulnerabilities and remediation.
•Manage platform lifecycles, plan technical refreshes and capacity upgrades, and use FinOps reports to analyze cost/usage and implement tagging strategies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
•4-6 years of experience working with Azure or GCP.

•Demonstrated proficiency using automation tools or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to administer public cloud infrastructure.
•Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, and Terraform, plus experience in environments with SDLC, Agile, and ITIL.
