Job Summary

Lead the AI Controls Integration team to deliver scalable, high-quality BrainBox AI solutions across the deployment lifecycle. Manage daily integration and project execution, convert leadership strategy into plans and priorities, and serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues. Partner with Post-Deployment, Operations, Development, Sales, and others to ensure smooth handoffs, track KPIs and timelines, standardize workflows, and improve efficiency through tools and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage daily execution of integration and project activities to keep work on track, within scope, and aligned with stakeholder requirements.
•Translate leadership strategy into executable plans, schedules, and team priorities.
•Escalate and coordinate timely resolution of operational or project-level issues with cross-functional partners.
•Monitor project and deployment performance using KPIs, dashboards, and timelines, providing regular status updates to leadership.
•Standardize delivery workflows and practices, improve efficiency and quality through tools and automation, and support capacity planning and readiness for deployment cycles.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, building, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
•5+ years of experience in building automation, controls, HVAC systems, or technical deployment environments.
•2+ years of experience leading technical teams (integration, controls, commissioning, or similar), including mentorship of team leads or senior specialists.
•Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS architectures, and building controls frameworks.
•Experience with building data integration and mapping/tagging standards such as Haystack and Brick (or similar methodologies).
