Job Summary

Support the Beauty & Personal Care category team on TikTok Shop by owning operational and analytical workstreams that drive category growth and performance. Help Account Managers with day-to-day category operations, run daily/weekly competitor monitoring (including tracking and sharing insights), manage campaign reminders and follow-ups, maintain performance trackers and OKR updates, and assist with ad-hoc projects and GTM initiatives for new policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Support day-to-day AM operations by assisting Account Managers with recurring work across Beauty & Personal Care categories and coordinating with leads and cross-functional teams.
•Perform daily/weekly Shopee competitor monitoring, including tracking platform activations, seller activity, and campaigns.
•Send daily campaign reminders to merchants and support campaign communication and announcements.
•Maintain Beauty & Personal Care category and performance trackers, including supporting AM OKR tracking.
•Assist with ad-hoc category projects for tracking/monitoring and support GTM for new policies/projects.

Key Requirements

•Active undergraduate student (any major).
•Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recurring tasks simultaneously.
•Proficient with spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets / Excel) for data entry, tracking, and basic analysis.
•Good written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
•Ability to work independently and follow structured operational processes.
