Key Responsibilities

  • •Pilot sourcing operations and RFQ processes, from sourcing strategy definition through supplier selection and contract signature.
  • •Negotiate optimal commercial and contractual purchasing conditions, secure contract updates, and manage commercial terms during in-service issues.
  • •Manage contract and ERP data throughout the lifecycle, including timely creation of non-recurring cost (NRC) purchase orders and exact price loading in SAP/AMOS.
  • •Represent Procurement in Sub-Multifunctional Teams (Sub-MFTs) to align line-fit and aftersales strategies and coordinate buying contributions for pre-sales commercial offers.
  • •Work with Procurement Operations to qualify new suppliers, monitor performance via KPIs, and support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of professional experience in procurement, supplier management, or sourcing environments (Customer Services and/or Contract Management experience is a plus).
  • •Engineering or Business Administration degree, with technical background related to the cabin scope, or Cabin Engineering degree with commercial experience.
  • •Solid expertise in contractual negotiation, commercial agreement follow-up, and stakeholder management.
  • •Ability to manage contract lifecycle and related ERP data with accuracy for purchase orders and pricing.
  • •Proficiency in negotiation English; ERP systems skills (SAP/AMOS is a plus).
