Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, develop, and retain a strong team of engineers for the Web Platform organization.
  • •Set measurable goals, run team ceremonies (weekly syncs, backlog refinements, retrospectives, sprint planning), and maintain a healthy sprint-ready backlog.
  • •Monitor in-flight work, proactively remove blockers, and provide contextual updates; own escalation and triage for production issues and customer-reported bugs.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison between engineering and Design, Product, Architecture, and other engineering teams to field cross-functional questions and maintain priority alignment.
  • •Continuously improve team processes and developer experience; conduct 1:1s, performance goals, growth plans, and required performance reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •10-12 years of experience leading engineering teams or complex cross-functional product engineering initiatives in software engineering.
  • •Experience leading delivery across engineering organizations and influencing multiple stakeholders.
  • •Strong understanding of Agile and modern engineering practices across product delivery lifecycles.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with engineering, product, design, and executive stakeholders.
  • •Technical background in CI/CD, automation & release engineering, with the ability to engage credibly in technical discussions when needed.
