Support manufacturing operations as an entry-level Electrical Controls/Automation Technician, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical control systems for production equipment. Assist with equipment implementation/startup, PLC/HMI programming, and continuous improvement projects. Maintain and update electrical drawings, coordinate new equipment installation and MES integration events, and collaborate across departments while following safety and housekeeping standards at a Perrysburg manufacturing site with rotating AM/PM crews.

Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot, repair, problem-solve, and maintain electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment.
•Support manufacturing facilities, including remote support of worldwide manufacturing facilities.
•Assist with new equipment installation and implementation, including MES integration events.
•Maintain and update manufacturing process tool electrical drawings, ensuring documented tracking of equipment changes.
•Implement specified software changes/upgrades and identify/research/document solutions for control problems and continuous improvement projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26.97 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of manufacturing equipment electrical/electronic/controls experience.
•Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Robotics, Industrial Controls, or Electronic Engineering (preferred).
•If no degree, 5+ years of verifiable experience in a related field (e.g., semiconductors, automotive).
•Ability to interpret data and troubleshoot electrical/electronic control systems in a manufacturing environment.
•Competency with Autodesk AutoCAD for creating electrical schematics and panel layouts.
