Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop integrated PSYOP and supporting activities into CCPs, contingency plans, crisis plans, theater campaign orders, and ongoing operations.
  • •Advise operators on leveraging informational power using PSYOP subject matter expertise, including Internet-Based PSYOP.
  • •Conduct analysis of the operational environment to identify key target audiences and assess beliefs, values, and motivations.
  • •Collaborate to develop persuasive, culturally appropriate messaging aligned with strategic objectives.
  • •Develop and execute digital communication strategies and coordinate with adjacent staff to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required (significant specialized experience may substitute).
  • •10+ years of related experience, including development of PSYOP plans and programs at the brigade level or higher.
  • •Completion of PSYOP qualification, Joint IO Planning, or IO Integration courses.
  • •TS/SCI eligibility required (ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI).
  • •Deep understanding of online communication platforms and digital marketing, plus strong analytical and communication skills and awareness of legal and ethical considerations.
