Job Summary

Lead the commercial strategy for Mercado Libre's Colombia Marketplace 3P vertical, overseeing hunting, farming and category growth. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the strategy for one of the main verticals of the Colombia Marketplace 3P, including hunting, farming and category development teams, to meet revenue, margin and market share targets defined in the area business plan
•Develop joint business plans (JBP) and strategic meetings with key vendors and brands to strengthen commercial relationships and identify growth opportunities
•Lead scalable process improvements to impact key business indicators and grow the managed categories
•Plan and coordinate initiatives with other areas (Operations, Marketing & Advertising, Legal, UX, etc.)
•Collaborate with senior regional and corporate leaders on key area projects

Key Requirements

•Be a degree holder in Administration or Industrial Engineering or related fields
•Have 5 years of experience in leadership roles with a focus on commercial strategy and team leadership
•Proficiency in Excel
