Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle technical enquiries for Industrial Automation and Factory Automation across the product portfolio
  • •Create, send, and track quotations based on customer requests, including price, delivery time, and availability
  • •Provide technical service assistance for application problems in the field with recommended solutions and actions, ensuring requests are resolved to customer satisfaction
  • •Generate leads for the sales force by listening, probing for requirements and opportunities, and providing internal feedback on customer concerns
  • •Maintain and update full product portfolio knowledge and train customer service employees to improve product and application expertise

Key Requirements

  • •University background or degree in a technical field or equivalent, or relevant industry experience
  • •Proficiency in Hungarian
  • •Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • •Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience in a technical/customer-facing role
