Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the overall direction and decision making for product and design strategy for Wordsmith’s platform.
  • •Own the end-to-end user journey: from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and shipping.
  • •Designing intuitive web and mobile experiences that simplify complex workflows.
  • •Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional peers to execute the roadmap.
  • •Bringing clarity to ambiguous problem spaces through strong product thinking and design craft

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of Product Design experience.
  • •Mastery of visual design, interaction design, and prototyping (Figma fluency is a must).
