Key Responsibilities

  • •Support stock allocation and the movement of stock from warehouses to stores.
  • •Assist with warehouse coordination and day-to-day stock requirements, including maintaining Excel trackers and allocation reporting.
  • •Support operational and packaging materials coordination (e.g., shopping bags, stickers, wrapping paper) and ordering materials from suppliers.
  • •Assist with merchandise planning and order requirements across luxury brands using planning data to understand stock needs by location.
  • •Support Return-to-Vendor (RTV) processes by preparing RTV orders, maintaining documentation, and coordinating returned/damaged products.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • •Genuine interest in supply chain, logistics, merchandise planning, or retail operations.
  • •Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with data.
  • •Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organization and follow-through.
  • •Ability to coordinate effectively with different teams and stakeholders and a proactive mindset to learn.
