Service Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC)

Lead a heavy equipment maintenance team at the Advanced Solutions rental facility, using EquipmentShare’s T3 platform to create and monitor work orders, schedule repairs, track service intervals, and coordinate parts and diagnostics. You’ll supervise mechanics and service personnel, manage customer communications to ensure satisfaction, and drive training, development, and a safe work environment in an in-person Monday–Friday schedule.
