Key Responsibilities

  • •Support end-to-end execution of complex commercial transactions across the NEMEA and SEMEA regions.
  • •Review sales opportunities for operational readiness prior to order booking, validating configurations, pricing, commercial terms, and booking requirements.
  • •Resolve operational issues impacting successful order execution, including approval workflows and timely order processing.
  • •Troubleshoot Salesforce CPQ issues related to quoting, approvals, pricing, product configuration, and order processing; investigate quote calculations and price/product/approval workflow rules.
  • •Partner with Business Systems and cross-functional stakeholders to implement scalable process and system improvements, contribute to automation/reporting, and support UAT for Salesforce/CPQ enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Deal Operations, Order Management, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations.
  • •Experience supporting complex SaaS commercial transactions.
  • •Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes and commercial operations.
  • •Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, and NetSuite ERP.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues, with effective cross-functional collaboration.
