Key Responsibilities

  • •Allocate incoming payments to invoices manually or via electronic tools.
  • •Analyze customer contracts, register them in SAP, and issue delivery invoices, credit notes, and advanced payment invoices according to legal, accounting, and tax rules.
  • •Send invoices and collect/verify external documentation (e.g., Airway Bill, Bill of Lading, Transfer of Title, customer certificates).
  • •Prepare debtor statements, monthly reconciliation debt letters, ageing reports, and support reconciliation/dunning activities and debt committees.
  • •Perform customer bad debt analysis and post provisions/write-offs as appropriate, support audits, and contribute to financial statements elaboration while applying internal controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Junior accountant profile with a Finance/Accounting/Business Administration/Economic degree, or experience in accounting administrative tasks.
  • •Knowledge of accounting transactions and closing, including internal financial control standards and internal controls principles.
  • •Ability to apply IFRS and accounting processes to Accounts Receivable activities.
  • •Working knowledge of accounting systems (SAP), preferably.
  • •Advanced English level; other languages are a plus.
