Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide onsite technical leadership for AMS supporting the OneShield Policy Administration System in a P&C insurance environment.
  • •Lead day-to-day production support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and production issues while meeting SLA commitments.
  • •Analyze production defects, perform root cause analysis, coordinate fixes, and implement preventive measures to improve stability.
  • •Design, develop, configure, and implement OneShield enhancements based on business requirements, including workflow configuration and business rules.
  • •Manage technical design, unit/integration testing, deployments, code reviews, and production release support while coordinating across development, QA, and release stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software development experience with at least 8+ years hands-on experience on the OneShield platform.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with OneShield Designer, OneShield Policy Administration, and OneShield Core 6.x or higher.
  • •Proven experience in production support, application maintenance, enhancements, and release management for OneShield applications.
  • •Strong OneShield and Java experience plus P&C insurance domain experience.
  • •Proven ability to lead technical teams in an Agile environment.
