Key Responsibilities

  • •Re-architect the flex-loan repeat offer pipeline to decide eligibility, pricing, and borrow amounts.
  • •Own backend features end-to-end, from design through shipping and production monitoring.
  • •Maintain and support core repeat lending services, including the lending_decision app and pricing/offer and customer account pages.
  • •Work end-to-end through technical design, implementation, and rollout behind split tests.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science and Analytics and write clean, well-tested Python with code reviews.

Key Requirements
