Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment.
  • •Use technology to create/assign/monitor work orders, track service intervals, and diagnose issues using data across makes and models.
  • •Practice safe job practices for equipment repair and follow OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Maintain complete, timely electronic documentation (work orders) and manage paperwork daily.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and travel to customer job sites for repairs when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred; experience in field service/maintenance/repair preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
