Director, ISV Partnerships

Strategic leadership role building and scaling MongoDB's ISV partner program across vertical and AI-native ISVs. You will define framework, onboarding processes, co-sell models, and success metrics, coaching a team of Partner Managers while collaborating with Sales, Product, and executive leadership. This greenfield program requires hands-on deal involvement, strong stakeholder management, and delivering measurable partner-driven pipeline from a remote base in the United States.
